Evonnie (Cook) Williams

Evonnie Cook was born on January 12, 1972 to Labon Cook, Sr. and the late Irene Cook in Dallas, Texas.

She was a longtime employee of UT Southwestern Hospital. 

Evonnie dedicated her life to Christ at an early age, as a member of Pentecost COGIC and later she joined Extended Life COGIC. 

Evonnie is preceded in death by her mother: Irene Cook; daughter Angel Cook

She leaves to cherish: two children: Deshaun McGaha and Ariana McGregor; two brothers: Ricky (Patricia) Cook and Labon (Makeba) Cook, Jr. and nephew, Ivan Cook.
