Bethany Jordan Marie Lartigue was born on September 13, 1995 in Sylmar, California to the parentage of Anita Simon and Christopher Hutchins. Bethany received her wings on May 16, 2020.
In 2014, Bethany graduated from Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Texas. There she was a part of the softball team. Afterwards, she furthered her education at Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, Texas continuing to pursue her love for sports by joining an adult softball league. Even after graduating high school Bethany continued to help out the softball team that she played for. She began playing with the Arlington Impact Women’s Professional Football Team, center position.
Bethany knew how to put a smile on everyone’s face. She was the life of the party. She was strong and willing to help anyone in need. The positive impact that she had on her friends and family lives will never be forgotten. She was a free spirit force to be reckoned with!!! Lived by her own rules but loved by all.
Bethany leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Anita Simon; father, Christopher Hutchins; three beloved siblings, Brandon (Monique Lartigue), Wiltz Duncan Jr. and Khloe Duncan; grandmother, Joyce Simon; ten aunts and uncles, Cherly and Marcus Brown, Denise and Keith Durfield, Bryan and Riana Lartigue, Jessica and Troy Grant, Jocelin Andrus, Perter Jr and Kim, along with a host of cousins, other relatives and friends that loved her dearly. She’s going home to be with her grandfather, Peter Lartigue and her aunt, Pamela Gibbons.
