Bishop Ronnie D. Blaylock was born December 6, 1956, in Terrell, Texas to the late Hardy Blaylock and Mildred Blaylock Williams, where he was raised in a Christian home. The family later moved to Dallas, Texas, where he attended the Dallas Public Schools. He was the only son of 1O children. He met and married his lovely wife, Ulven "Dyann" Blaylock, of 45 years, and to this union one daughter, Qadriene was born, and one granddaughter, Riyah. He accepted Christ in the early 80's at Greater Gospel Temple C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of the late Elder Kelly Davis, and he was called to preach a few years later, and he received his minister license in 1984 by the late Bishop James E. Lee and Pastor A. Forbes of Prayer House C.O.G.I.C. Bishop Blaylock was the founder and Pastor of Kingdom Work Outreach Ministry in August 1990.
He was awarded certificates for preaching the gospel by Pastor Michael Grant of King Jesus Worship Center in Winnsboro, Louisiana. He was a graduate of Liberty University in Biblical Studies, and he also attended Christ for the Nation Pastoral Teaching. He was ordained as Bishop in 2008 by Bishop J. L. Lewis, Jr. He also had many other honors. Under his leadership, many souls were saved and delivered. Ministers, Missionaries and Pastors were called by God through his ministry.
He is preceded in death by his father, Hardy Blaylock, sister, Ludora Ellis, parental grandparents Sam and Corine Ervin, Hardy Blaylock Sr., and maternal grandparents, Ludora Hooker and George Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories the love of his life, his wife, Dyann, one daughter, Qadriene, one granddaughter, Riyah, his dear mom Mildred; 6 sisters, Marie, Alice (Thurmon), Brenda (Leon), Patricia, Antionette (James) and Pamela (Calvin). A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
