Sergeant Carlos Ernesto Miller was born August 11, 1947, in Panama City, Panama to Carlos E. Miller Sr. and Natalia Filos, who proceeded him in death. He graduated high school from Colegio de Artos Ofecios in 1963.
Carlos joined the Army in 1972. He served a tour in Korea and in Germany. He received several awards. Carlos retired from the Army after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Panamanian Association.
Carlos graduated from Big Bond Community College October 16, 1983, with a degree in Mathematics. Carlos worked for the US Postal Service for 20 years. He lived life so beautifully to the fullest and deserves to be always remembered as kind.
Carlos passed away at home on May the 9th. He is survived by his wife, Jeanie M. Miller, numerous siblings, and four children, grandchildren, and family members.
