Carolyn Johnson-Wynn was born on January 31, 1952, to Freeman and Doris Johnson.
She departed her life on March 13, 2025, in the most peaceful and beautiful way possible, with her loving son and husband right by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Freeman and Doris, and her brother, Freeman Jr.
Carolyn accepted Christ at an early age at Marsalis Church of Christ. She attended and graduated in 1970 from South Oak Cliff High School.
She worked and retired from the Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES).
In her leisure time she loved and had a passion for music, sports (especially boxing) and relaxing at home.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 36 years, Billy E. Wynn; her son, Anthony Johnson (Daughter in Love Tina Johnson); granddaughter, Meyosha Hayden; great grandchildren, Amari and Arianna; bonus daughter, Adrienne Michelle Sublett and Family.
