Cloteal Traylor was born on December 19, 1954 in Vernon, Texas to the parentage of Lamar Traylor and Corene Jackson. She was the youngest of eight children. Clo, as we called her was educated in Dallas, Texas and a high school graduate of Justin F. Kimball High School. Clo loved the church and participated in several ministries such as the Ladies Outreach, the Food, Angel and Senior Ministries, Breaking Free Bible Class and Youth Ministry Volunteer. Clo loved to travel state side and internationally. She did visit London and Paris and was planning a trip to Italy with her sisters when she became ill.
Clo transition peacefully on January 16, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father, Lamar Traylor and her son, Gregory Lamont Traylor.
Those left to cherish her precious memories: mother, Corene Jackson; sons, Marcus Traylor and Marlon Traylor (Tender) of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Betty Wilson, Bobbie Echols (Israel), Brenda Jackson Brown (Robert), and Virgie Jackson; brothers, Willie Jackson (Wanda), Billy Jackson, and Ernest Jackson; grandsons, Marlon Jr., Noland, and Joland. She will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
