Edward Robinson was born to the parents of Sidney Robinson, Sr. and Rhoda Robinson on January 15, 1945 in Oak Ridge, Louisiana. He was the fifth child of 10.
Edward (Chainch) was educated at Oak Ridge Ridgeway and was a member of Old Mt Olive Baptist Church. He later moved to Monroe Louisiana where he begin to work in the Construction industry until moving to Texas in the late 60’s.
While residing in Texas he continued to make his living in Construction until he retired and was a strong and independent man who had a tight but small circle of friends and family that he spent his quality time with. He was a dedicated father and grand-father, and his friends and family knew they could depend on him.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents Sidney and Rhoda Robinson and one brother, John Otis Robinson (Ted).
He is survived by his daughter LaWanda Graves, granddaughter Britney Graves, seven sisters, Pliney Arnold, Cora Price (Benjamin), Verda Miller (Ben), Rebecca Robinson, Joann Johnson (John), Connie Page, and Pamela Howard, and three brothers Harold Robinson (Vivian), Sidney Robinson and Henry (Billy) Robinson (Lauretta) along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
