Florence Beatrice Dumas

On May 20, 1927, God blessed our beloved Florence Beatrice to be born to Archie and Olivia Moore in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Florence Loved our Lord and was a devoted wife to Mr. James Walter, Sr. and the mother of two beautiful children Olivia and James. Ms. Florence received her education in St. Louis, MO along with associate degree. Ms. Florence became an entrepreneur doing what she loved... making and creating beautiful pieces being an AWESOME and OUTSTANDING seamstress. Ms. Florence and Olivia opened a unique boutique with all the clothing made by Ms. Florence. The sewing and designs were so spectacular the custom-made designs could have been sold at Neiman Marcus. 

Ms. Florence was beautiful inside out with a loving and caring heart. Loving God, Ms. Florence walk upright and treated others with kindness and respect. Ms. Florence attended church at Agape Bible Church, under the leadership of Pastor Ralph V. Clark, Sr. 

Ms. Florence was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 16 siblings with her earning the nickname "Flossie". Ms. Florence is the last of 17. Ms. Florence leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories in the hearts of her children Olivia and James and was Granny to Trinity and Faith Johnson. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and her Vedral Pl neighborhood family.
