Jeannie Guardiola Obituary

Jeannie Guardiola was found to have passed away peacefully in her sleep, Monday, September 9, 2024, at her home in Arlington, Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her many family members who will miss her deeply. After her retirement from nursing of 32 years, she enjoyed spending her time playing computer games, binge watching TV shows with her grandson, Kenyon, taking walks around her neighborhood, and enjoying moments with her ever-growing family and pets.

Born in Ohio, on December 15, 1952, Jeannie would later go on to be adopted, along with two of her sisters, by James and Irene Marsh, and spend her childhood in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. She would eventually move to Louisiana, where she would meet her husband, Ladislado ''Junior'' Guardiola, resulting in their family's move to Waco, Texas, where they would spend most of their young lives, until settling in the DFW-Metroplex.

As the matriarch, Jeannie provided invaluable support and unconditional love to her family, knowledge we cling to during this time, and plan to continue to honor in our lives. We find solace that she is at peace, with her departed husband and son.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, father, two sisters, Sarah and Sue, husband of 47 years, Junior Guardiola, and son, Jackie Marsh. She is survived by her son, Robert Marsh and his husband Todd Marsh, her daughter, Danielle Soliz and her husband, Richard Soliz, her son Adislado Marsh and his wife Ronda Marsh, and her daughter, Angelica Salazar and her partner, Kendre Lawrence. Along with her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
