Kathy Ned

Kathy Marie Ned was born to Clarence and Peggy Price Ned on January 2, 1964, in Dallas, Texas. She departed this life on February 16, 2024. Kathy grew up in Oak Cliff, Texas and attended L. G. Pinkston High School. She was a member of The Pathway of Life where she served as member of the Usher Board and Hospitality Committee.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Clarence and Peggy Price Ned; her oldest son, Timmon Ned, her sisters, Carol Ann Anderson, Gloria J. Williams and Jessie Mae Ned and brother Carl Leon Ned.

She leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memory: two sons, Eric Ned and Darrice Ned Sr., one daughter, Chanequa Bryant (Rasheed); A Niece that was considered a ‘bonus daughter,’ Theresa McWright; Nine grandchildren Zy’Eriyah Ned, Erriyann Ned, Eriyanna Ned, Darrice Ned Jr., Da’Zyria McWright, Ca’Myria McWright, A’Mere Hall, A’Myreh McWright, Khar’Ter Moore; six sisters, Joan Ned, Vivian Irene Ned, Laura Ann Ned, Lugenia Sloan, Peggy Lee Ned and Loretta L. Hallman; three brothers, Eugene Francis Ned (Toni), Terry Jerome Ned, (Lenora) and Lester L. McDuffie and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
