Linda Harris

Linda Darnell Harris was born on February 20, 1964 to the parentage of John Freeman Harris, Sr. and Ethel Lee (Davis) Harris in Dallas, Texas.

She was a Christian who accepted Christ into her life and was a member of Dallas West Church of Christ.

Linda received her formal education from the Dallas Public Schools, graduating from L.G. Pinkston High School. After which, she furthered her education and graduated from Mansfield Business with a diploma in Automated Accounting. Linda loved helping others, so she went into the nursing field and became a Certified Nurse Aide in 1999, and continued to work in the field for over 20 years.

She departed this earthly life on September 5, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, older sister, Patricia Harris Brown; and older brother, John Freeman Harris, Jr. “Scooter”.

Linda leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Kenzie Harris, LaKichea Harris, and Teri Jordan; grandchildren, Destiny Harris, Kazic Harris, Kasie Harris, Anthony May, Deion Jordan, Keyvie Calloway Harris, and Khalyia Harris; siblings, Edmond Harris (Kim), Valencia Gail McCarther (Reginald), David Harris (Ramonia), Kyle Harris (Greta), and Carey Harris (LaKisha); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
