Maggie Mae Robertson Lewis was the third of five children, born December 10, 1934, to the parentage of Robert Robertson Sr. and Katherine White Robertson in Dallas, Texas. She received her education at B. F. Darell School and St Peters Academy.
She started her working career in the retail business, working for Ellens and E.M. Khan after several years of working in retail, she moved her career into data technology working for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where she retired in 1993.
She united in marriage to Charles E. Lewis and to this union, two children, Kennell J. Lewis and Cynthia M. Lewis Lee were born.
She enjoyed her time cooking and baking and always trying to help others whenever or whatever she could possibly do to lend a hand. She stayed true to her family and friends till the end.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles E. Lewis, Father and Mother, Robert Robertson Sr. and Katherine White Robertson; Sisters, Rose M. Evans (O. D. Evans); Bobbie J. Jones (Frank Jones Sr.); Brother, Robert Robertson Jr.; Uncle, Clarence Shaw; Niece: Kathy Diane Evans; Best Friend, Mrs. Betsy Clara Reed.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Son: Kennell J. Lewis; Daughter: Cynthia M Lee; Step-Son: Howard L. Lewis; Brother: Clarence Robertson; Five Grandchildren: Richelle E. Corsey LaCount (Mike); Nikisha Lewis; Stephanie Nelms-Rogers (Gerald), Andre Lewis; Kenya Lewis; Ten Great Grandchildren and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
