First Quarter:
Michael Jerome Marshall was born on April 2, 1978, to the parents of Mr. Archie Marshall, Sr. and the late Mrs. Carrie Broussard Marshall. Michael accepted Christ at an early age at Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend L.T. Thompson. He was a graduate of Carter High School, Class of 1997.
Second Quarter:
Michael was employed at the Dallas County Sheriff's Department as a Detention Officer. He was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle. He always had a smile that’s everlasting. He loved to make jokes and entertain. He never met a stranger.
Third Quarter:
Michael met the love of his life six years ago, Elsy Pacheco. He was very fond of her and had a special bond with her children, Sophia, Gabriella, and David.
Fourth Quarter:
Michael transitioned on July 27, 2024, at Baylor University Medical Center at 1:54 a.m. after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lumas and Ada Broussard; paternal grandparents, Perry and Sadie Marshall; and one sister, LaShonda Marshall.
Michael leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Mikahela Marshall; father, Archie Marshall, Sr.; sister, Debra Broussard; two brothers, Archie Marshall, Jr. and Montrel Marshall; stepdaughter, La’Rian Scott, along with a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends, and co-workers that will forever cherish his precious memories.
