Pandra Hill-Thomas was born on August 18, 1965, in Dallas, Texas to Dwight and Debra Hill. She was one of seven children to this union. She was affectionately called, “O Lady” by her loved ones. She attended Wilmer Hutchins High School and later transferred to Lincoln High School.
Pandra met and later married her kindhearted and devoted husband, Kelvin Thomas in 2006. She was a devoted wife and homemaker.
She was a strong force who always did things her way. We often joked that she was mean, but so sweet at the same time, nick-naming her “The Warden”. She enjoyed doing for and serving others. She had a passion for cooking, which was her love language. Her primary joy in the world was her grandchildren, as she had a special relationship with each of them and played a part in raising them all. She was God-fearing, funny, and a loyal friend.
Pandra departed this earthly life on June 30, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father and first love, Dwight Hill; brothers, Korish, Keenen, and Kevin; nephew, Shaul; her grandmothers, Annie Lee Hill and Trubbie Lee Nelson, and uncles, Stephen Hill, and Burt Gamble.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of 15 years, Kelvin Thomas; mother, Debra Hill; daughter, Kornitki Sledge, and son-in-law Lawrence; sons, Korron, Korlton, and Korman Hill; eight grandchildren, Korish, Koriana, Korron Jr., Kornaijah, Ethan, Korlton Jr., Kimora, and Aubani; siblings, Serena Rhodes, Shaundra Hill, and Threon Hill, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that she loved dearly.
