Roman Frazier, IV Obituary

ROMAN FRAZIER IV {Rome} was a husband, father, son, brother and friend who touched many lives. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 10, 1975, to Mr. Roman (Butch) Frazier III and the late Mrs. Perryetta (Williams) Frazier. He was their only child and affectionately given the nickname LB (Little Butch).

Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, Roman attended Catholic schools, John Paul Regional Elementary/Middle School and St Joseph High School, where he played baseball and football. It was during these years that he formed a long-lasting connection to his BFF’s Lenny, Tony, Luis and Crystal.

After graduation, he attended Morgan State University and maintained a 3.5 and 4.0 GPA while working part-time for UPS. Working and making money was more important than going to school and Roman decided to leave college in his senior year to work for both General Motors and UPS. Roman later became full-time with GM and relocated to Texas, when GM moved its operations to Arlington. He was a Team Leader for over 15 years.

Roman developed a passion for cars early, and credits this to his growing up around his father and other corvette enthusiasts. He would accompany his dad to car shows, corvette club meetings and outings. He was also a true Baltimore Ravens fan.

Roman IV transitioned to eternity at the age of 51 on Sunday, March 01, 2026. He was preceded in death by his mother, Perryetta (Williams) Frazier; uncle, Perry Williams; grandparents, Roman Frazier Jr., Rachel Pinder, Myrtle Lipscomb, and Robert Lipscomb.

He leaves to cherish his memories with his wife, (Tiffany Gilmore-Frazier); kids, Taylour Frazier, Ashton Gilmore, Roman Frazier V (Cinco) and Blake Bella Frazier; father, Roman Frazier III; brother, Jovan Nash; aunts, Michelle Frazier, Kymberly Pinder, Roslyn Corbin, Robin Lipscomb; uncles, Paul Frazier, Howard Lipscomb, and a host of cousins including Cousins - David Frazier-Jacobs and Breyann Williams.
