Sharon Denise Pringle Obituary
Sharon Denise Pringle was born Sharon Denise Smith on September 29, 1955, in Dallas, Texas, to the late Johnnie F. Smith, Sr. and Dorothy L. Smith. She was the second of three children, born alongside her brothers, Horace Smith (LeeLee) and the late Johnnie F. Smith, Jr. (Bubba).
Sharon graduated from Garland High School in 1974. On August 30, 1974, she married the love of her life, John Wayne Pringle, Sr. who she called Pringle. From this union, four children were born: Desmond J. Pringle, John Wayne Pringle, Jr., LaKisha S. Pringle, and D’Andre Pringle.
Sharon worked at Quaker Oats for nearly 10 years. She spent the remainder of her working years as a homemaker, creating a loving and welcoming home for her family. As a homemaker, she found joy in caring for those she loved, always ensuring that family gatherings were filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished memories. Her kindness, strength, and selfless nature touched everyone who knew her. She took pride in the simple moments—sharing meals, offering comforting words, and making every house feel like a home.
Sharon was known by her family and friends as a woman with a giving heart, a loving spirit, and a gift for cooking and baking. She had a special way of making others feel cared for and was always willing to go above and beyond to help those around her.
Sharon was a longtime and faithful member of Dallas Full Gospel Holy Temple for more than 60 years. For the past 10 years, she served faithfully at Lancaster Full Gospel Holy Temple until her health began to fail.
Sharon leaves to cherish her precious memories, her devoted husband of 51 ½ years, John W. Pringle, Sr.; her four children, Desmond J. Pringle, John Wayne Pringle, Jr., LaKisha S.
