What’s up, P! It’s me, Tony, officially Tony Boyce Mosley. Some of you all might know me affectionately as Tee Moe aka Da Moe Da Merrier.
Alright, fam, just a little bit about me and my story. I was born in Dallas to my beautiful T-Jones, Carolyn Lawler, on September 19, 1983. I grew up in South Dallas, where I was educated in the Dallas and Richardson Independent School Districts, graduating from W. T. White High School. I then attended Texas Southern University (TSU) and resided for a short time in Houston, Texas, until I returned home to Dallas. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to start two business ventures: Valuables Plus LLC and 1st and 3rd Entertainment. I found a love for breeding, but at the end of all, here we are. So much for that!
My walk with God started at an early age, where I was baptized at Solid Rock First Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor George W. Scales and later became a member of IBOC, Ricky G. Rush, pastor.
Ok now, for my goodbyes. First and foremost, goodbye to my mom, Carolyn Lawler. I love you! Hated that it ended this way. Farewell to the man who helped raise me, Sam T. Mosley; my brothers, Ike C. Rayford, and Eddie King; bonus brother, Demolia Efon; my God brothers, Myron D. Sanders and Lil Ron Byrd; my sisters, Carlos Nelson and Tyisha King; my uncle Paul Lawler; and aunts, Gladine Mayfield, Phyllis Lawler, and Wilma Lawler. Not to forget a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Well, after all, it would be remiss of me not to say a special goodbye to my headaches: Cathy, Ditto, and Tyren.
I loved the life I lived. In the words of the OG, Frank Sinatra, “I did it my way!” If I could, I would give a shout out to every single one of you, but it’s too many of y’all, and you already know you hold a place in my heart. Keep grinding, keep loving, and handle da business. Catch y’all on the other side… Stay up!
