Doris Johnson

Doris Johnson was born on October 8, 1933 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the parentage of William Johnson and Nettie Dotie Johnson. She was a very good and humble wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Doris will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.

Doris accepted Christ at an early age. She retired from the Dallas Independent School District after over 20 years of service. She loved to cook, fish, and dress up.

Doris departed this earthly life on December 21, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Johnson and seven siblings. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: two sons, Ocie Rogers and Ronnie Cummings; one daughter, Kathy Williams; three grandchildren, Ronnie Cummings, Derick Abram, and Robert Williams; one sister, Nettie Marie Johnson; a legacy of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
