Bobby Bussey

Bobby Lewis Bussey was born on December 25, 1943, to J. Z. Bussey and Louise King Bussey in Timpson Texas. Bobby grew up in Timpson, Texas, but later moved with his family to Dallas, Texas. Bobby attended school in the Dallas Independent School District. He graduated from Lincoln High School. He went on to Midwestern State University, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

On December 18, 1980, he married Carolyn Black.

As a young man, he always had a job, which was instilled in him by his father J. Z. Bussey. Bobby was employed for many years, at various Professional Moving and Storage Companies until retirement. He was always an exquisite dresser, drove the finest cars and had the best smile.

Bobby departed this life on Friday, March 29, 2024. His parents, J. Z. Bussey and Louise King Bussey; his daughter, Anyetta; brother, J. Edward Bussey; sister, Martha Louise Bussey Rosborough; and nephews, Kenneth Rosborough and Carl Bussey, all preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his devoted wife, Carolyn Bussey of 44 years; four daughters, Barbara, Debra, Bonnie, and Benette; one grandchild, one great grandchild, one brother-in-law, Raymond Graves; one sister-in-law, Mary Ann Bussey; three nephews, Charles Bussey (Stella), Kevin Rosborough, and Keith Rosborough (Evelyn); one niece, Carolyn Crawford and a host of other relatives and friends.
