Moises Ruiz-Nunez Obituary

Moisés Ruiz Núñez, was born on September 4th, 1961. On December 16th, he left our physical world to meet the face of Our Creator. Moisés immigrated to the United States in 1984 from San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato. He married Angelina Cavazos in 1987. Preceded in death by his parents Proceso Ruiz and Natalia Núñez, and his brother Vicente Ruiz. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Angelina; his brother Josue Ruiz; his sisters Gregoria, Virginia, Carmen and Ana Ruiz; his children Natalie Ruiz Gaona, Janie Ruiz Garcia, Daniel Ruiz. He is also survived by his two son in laws, José Luis García and Jesús Lionel Gaona; his daughter in law Alicia Galán Ruiz; five grandchildren Olivia, Vicente, and Melissa Garcia, Madelyn & Joaquin Gaona and numerous family members and friends. He was a very humble man, hardworking, who gave everything for his family. Nothing was too hard or complicated to him; he always loved to learn new things and shared them with his children and grandchildren. Thirteen years ago, God granted him another chance at life when he received a successful kidney transplant; a gift from his brother Josue, to whom he was eternally grateful for. Moisés’ passion was music and was very proud of his mariachi band, Mariachi 90. Thirty years ago he started the traditional festivities of Our Lady of Saint Cecilia, patron saint of all musicians at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Dallas Tx. Moisés sang to many and we are sure he is now signing with all the angels and saints in heaven.
