Norman Portis

Norman Lee Portis  was born ­­­August 3, 1962, in Dallas, Texas to the parents of ­­Joseph Portis and Emlon Banks. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. Norman graduated in 1980 from H. Grady Spruce High School. He was a loving and kindhearted person who loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by mother Emlon Banks, Brothers Joseph Portis Jr, Allen Ray Portis, sisters Latyona Criss, and Carolyn Portis.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories children Kenia Paul, and Jeremy Williams, sister Bridget Mangum, Niece Kwana Turknett, and Rasheda Mccuin, nephew Phillip Mangum Jr, and Michael Mccuin Jr and a host of great nieces, great nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.
