Tony Bernard Horton was born in Longview, Texas on October 26, 1965 to Hosie B. Horton and Arzola Bell Horton. Tony accepted Christ as his savior and continued studying in his faith. He graduated from South Grand Prairie High School in Grand Prairie, Texas and continued his education studying music at Tarrant County Junior College. Tony worked for the United States Postal Service as a Mail Handler for 36 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and biking (Harley-Davidson). He met and later married Robin Horton on October 18, 1984 in Dallas, Texas.
Tony departed this earthly life on April 21, 2021. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven B. Horton. He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Robin Renea Horton; daughter, Deondria B. Horton; son, Cobin B. Horton; grandchildren, Jaxon B. Henderson Crawford, Denver D. Crawford, Noelle K. Horton, and Xoe E. Horton; siblings, Semice Bell and Waddell Bell of Berkeley, California, Janice Horton, Rhogenia Horton, and Tiffany Horton, all of Grand Prairie, Texas; lifelong brothers, Brian Tuggar and Kristopher Washington; along with a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives, and friends that loved him dearly.
